There were sixteen participants from all over Israel. The academic part of the course was held in the classroom of the Eilat Field Study Center and all fieldwork was carried out in the Bird Sanctuary. This course trained both young and old, from the north and the south to become young nature protectors through research and an understanding of the birds they have decided to work with. Hopefully, they will continue to learn and will become responsible and caring ringers in the near future.
